Clicking on the red bell notification will bring up a list of Emails, Reminders & Tasks that are due or have not been dismissed. Only notifications that the user has created, or is assigned to will be displayed in this list.

To view the loan or finance application that the reminder relates to, click the date on the reminder.

Clicking the red Dismiss text will dismiss a reminder and remove from the notification bell.

Click View all to view all reminders that have been created for your platform. This list will include items created by all users in your platform.

The list also includes reminders where a client has uploaded documents or sent an email about their finance application.

Clicking the blue text will take user to the relevant loan or finance application.
